We had the chance to star in a music video. 8 hours on set is a long time, but we had fun dancing, doing photo shoots etc. Thanks to 'Tough Sunday' productions which were a great film crew and Award winning director Brandon Oelofse.
Below Beth having lighting check.
We also spent 6 hours doing Cheerleading and Cheerleading Dances organised by Smilemakers
We performed a Hip Hop Show for Siemens head office,
Warrick amazed everyone as usual with his 'tumbling' entrance.
A few days before this Chloe competed in the 'Supreme dancer of the Year' latin/ballroom competition, making it to the finals and placing 2nd with her partner Jo Maema. All Chloe's ballroom costumes are designed and made by Jo who has an amazing designer line 'Jo Maema'.The girls also had the chance to attend an awesome broadway workshop with Jim Cooney and 'Q' from Broadway Dance Center/New York and organized by Tina Faser of Global Dance conventions.
The workshop brought some amazing dancers together. Even though the girls actually missed the first day, they quickly caught up and were picked out as some of the strongest dancers and asked to perform for the group (along with some other dancers who were also very talented!)
Then they spent an evening volunteering their time at a private fundraising function teaching Country Western Line dancing.
On top of this the girls collectively spent 43 hours in rehearsals/dance class. Phew what a week!
