An exciting week

This week was amazing and amazingily busy! We had a lot of fun doing things we had never done before.

We had the chance to star in a music video. 8 hours on set is a long time, but we had fun dancing, doing photo shoots etc. Thanks to 'Tough Sunday' productions which were a great film crew and Award winning director  Brandon Oelofse.

Below Beth having lighting check.

We also spent 6 hours doing Cheerleading and Cheerleading Dances organised by Smilemakers
We performed a Hip Hop Show for Siemens head office,
Warrick amazed everyone as usual with his 'tumbling' entrance.
A few days before this Chloe competed in the 'Supreme dancer of the Year' latin/ballroom competition, making it to the finals and placing 2nd with her partner Jo Maema. All Chloe's ballroom costumes are designed and made by Jo who has an amazing designer line 'Jo Maema'.

The girls also had the chance to attend an awesome broadway workshop with Jim Cooney and 'Q' from Broadway Dance Center/New York and organized by Tina Faser of Global Dance conventions.
The workshop brought some amazing dancers together. Even though the girls actually missed the first day, they quickly caught up and were picked out as some of the strongest dancers and asked to perform for the group (along with some other dancers who were also very talented!)

Then they spent an evening volunteering their time  at a private fundraising function  teaching  Country Western Line dancing.
On top of this the girls collectively spent  43 hours in rehearsals/dance class. Phew what a week!

All in one month!

The last month has been amazingly busy for Triple Fusion. We've been so busy we haven't had time to blog!
Firstly they joined a new Hip Hop dance company dancing alongside a group of very talented dancers such as former spingbok champ, world Free style champs, Olympic Gold medalist etc.
Beth and Tirzah did their first performance with them for Super Sport 3 which was televised live. They had a chance to do some electrifying 'lifts' for the first time Warick (former spingbok champ).

Chloe was part of the Airband 'Sultans of  Sync' who made it to the top ten of  'Jozi's best Airband' for  Highveld Stereo and performed as the Lyric theatre at Gold Reef City.

They also performed at the Belly dance and Bollywood Syncopate with Oriental Fire .

Chloe went to Sun city to perform with Oriental Fire for Sony India.

Triple Fusion also took a trip to KZN with The Family Africa to perform  6 free  HIV/AIDS education  shows in underprivileged schools and townships. Below Chloe ( as the HIV 'Vile Virus' and Tirzah as 'Flu')

The following week they filmed a  piece with Eastern Mosaic (SABC 2) showcasing their dancing with Oriental Fire  and also our charity work The Family Africa . They filmed at Linder Auditorium and Melrose Arch.
